Salmon Salmon In The Pan

Salmon Salmon in the pan, who’s the fairest one of them…?  – thinks the girl who agreed to do the diet no one would want to do. A diet which makes you realise you hate eggs. Who on this living Earth would hate eggs for God’s sake?

Anyways…I’m on a diet for a change. Which means for 7 days (this is the end of day no 3) I can only eat protein-full dishes. Aka lean meat, eggs, fish and wait for it pickles. Yup. Which doesn’t sound awful at first but if you think about it, it doesn’t sound great either. But it still better than living on veggies for days – which I could definitely not do.


This is an easy peasy salmon recipe. Feel free to make your own side dish to go with it – if I would have been allowed I would have gone with steamed pak choi.

What you need:

  • 1 fillet of salmon
  • 3 tbs soy sauce
  • 4 tbs fat free youghurt
  • 1/2 tsp wasabi
  • Salt and pepper
  • Happy memories of carbs that makes you your life still worth living

So. First off, take a spoon full of memories and because what’s coming will not keep you away from hunger. But, it’s very healthy and delicious!

Step two: heat up your non-sticky pan with a dash of oil. When it’s very very hot cook the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes each side. At halftime add a tbs of soysauce onto each one of them. At the end add a hint of salt and pepper.

Get your yoghurt and depending on how much you are afraid for your life add the wasabi and 1 tbs of soy sauce. Mix them well together.
